GERMANY. Berlin. 2 Mark. 1907. Wilhelm II (1888-1918)
- Value: 2 Mark.
- Reign: Wilhelm II (1888-1918).
- Year: 1907.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: WILHELM II DEUTSCHER KAISER KÖNIG V. PREUSSEN. Reverse: DEUTSCHES REICH · ZWEI MARK · 1907.
- Grade: AU58 (NGC).
Two Mark silver coin minted in Berlin under the reign of Wilhelm II, with the emperor's bust looking to the right in a realistic and sober style, characteristic of early 20th-century Imperial German numismatics. The reverse features the crowned imperial eagle with the central Prussian shield, surrounded by legend and denomination, showing a heraldic design with a strong visual presence. The specimen retains an attractive silver tone with a slight gray patina and traces of original luster visible in the fields, especially around the legends. The reliefs remain well defined, maintaining excellent detail in the portrait and in the feathers of the imperial eagle.
Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to leave absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside EU that has special tax agreement (example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs legal procedure and it is completely out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.
