Elegant and rare Art Deco serpentine bowl from the German glassworks Brockwitz Glasfabrik, made in clear pressed glass. This sculptural centerpiece is an iconic design from the late 1930s and is known under pattern number 9076a.
The bowl is characterized by its dynamic fan and sunburst motifs, combined with the striking stylized serpentine handles on both sides — a typical example of the expressive German Art Deco design of that period. The design is often attributed to Friedrich Scheiner, a designer who created several decorative Brockwitz pieces.
