First edition, first printing. Limited edition of 500 copies hand-numbered on the colophon (this is copy number 248). Signed with a black marker on the recto of the front endpaper by Moriyama. Hardcover. Matte, photographically illustrated paper cover with the title printed in yellow on both covers and in white on the spine, with a tissue paper dust jacket. Photographs by Daido Moriyama. Produced by Takayuki Ishii and Naomi Hasegawa. Includes an exhibition history and a bibliography (in Japanese and English). Graphic design by Issay Kitagawa. Unpaginated (52 pp.), with 43 black-and-white plates finely printed on coated paper by GRAPH Co., Ltd. 28 x 21.5 cm. Published to accompany a 1995 exhibition at the Taka Ishii Gallery, Tokyo. Out of print. Extremely rare.
