Old French SFBJ doll from the early 20th century, sleeping eyes, articulated body.
Porcelain head with neck marking 'SFB 60', mouth open with visible teeth, real hair curly wig. Articulated body in wood and papier-mâché, with leather clothing and shoes. Pretty Breton hood in blue felt with hand embroidery. Wool dress badly worn by moths with small holes present on the hood, sufficiently discreet. 3 layers of underwear.

The sleeping eyes work. Beautiful presence.

Antique condition with signs of use and wear related to age: clothing fatigued, small marks and cracks, see photos.

Ancienne poupée SFBJ française début XXe siècle, yeux dormeurs, corps articulé.
Tête porcelaine avec marquage nuque ‘SFB 60’, bouche ouverte avec dents visibles, perruque bouclée vraie cheveux. Corps articulé bois et papier mâché, avec vêtements et chaussures en cuir. Joli capuchon breton feutre bleu et broderie à la main. Robe en laine bien abîmé par les mites et petits trous présents sur le capuchon suffisamment discret. 3 couches de sous vêtements.

Les yeux dormeurs fonctionnent. Belle présence.
