SNCF - Traffic light - Aluminium

Old signal lamp comes from SNCF, where it was used along the track for railway signaling.
This is a large metal spotlight, heavy and very rugged, equipped with a thick red glass front lens that diffuses a light characteristic of the safety signals of the French network.
It is a true piece of industrial and railway history, today a decorative object for lofts, workshops or interiors in an industrial style.
Original paint, green/blue and black tones, worn by time, with a magnificent patina.
Inner socket with bulb and old wiring present (not up to current standards).
The Fresnel lens has a crack but it is stable (visible on the second-to-last photo).
