Pair of Louis XVI style sconces - solid bronze - Ref. 1653 - 19th century Description: Pair of antique wall lights with one arm of light in cast bronze and chiselled. Decor in Louis XVI style with a quiver-stem and acanthus leaves. Reference 1653 engraved on the back. High-quality manufacture from the late 19th century. Original gilding with a beautiful antique patina. Dimensions: Height: 30 cm Width: 6.5 cm Depth: 15 cm Condition: Bronze in good condition. Important note: Models originally designed for candles and later converted to electricity. The wiring is functional but should be checked by a professional to bring it up to current standards.
