Very old and rare microscope from T & H Doublet, 6 Moortgaatestreet, Bank.
Circa 1864.
Original mahogany case with glass door.
2 keys.
2 eyepieces.
2 objectives 1 inch, 1/4 inch.
Very old prepared slides and additional accessories.
Silver engraved plaque on the case: donation to James Dummingham from the minister and the parish of St. John’s Church, Woodbridge in 1864.
