Description from the seller
• YAMAHA TX-2000
(released in 1988)
FM/AM tuner equipped with the CSL fine-tuning system.
The Yamaha CSL (Computer Servo Lock) tuning system is designed to maintain high audio quality under various radio wave conditions.
In addition to the standard 0.1 MHz step tuning, a 10-bit double-precision PLL can perform fine tuning in 0.01 MHz steps, thereby avoiding interference from neighboring stations that are very close to the desired station.
For AM reception, fine tuning can be adjusted from the standard 9 kHz step to a 1 kHz step.
Random preset tuning of AM/FM24 stations is possible.
In addition, 5-way multi-state memory is used so that ST mode, high blend, IF mode, antenna input, and RF attenuator reception modes can be stored simultaneously for each preset station.
A linear-phase IF amplifier is used.
It uses an analog MPX multiplication circuit that eliminates beat distortion.
Features a large, high-capacity transformer with low impedance and low noise.
Works perfectly; no scratches, dents, or cigarette smoke.
In excellent condition with remote control. See photos.
