Beautiful, very unique dinosaur teeth on display
These special teeth originate from a Mosasaurus, a dinosaur that lived about 72 to 75 million years ago.
The Mosasaurus was a dinosaur that lived in the seas and ruled, the species occurred worldwide and could grow up to 20 meters long. Mosasaurs went extinct when, 66 million years ago, a gigantic meteorite slammed into the Earth.
It was a very active predator with keen eyesight. The skull and jaws were sturdy, suitable for swallowing almost any other animal or reptile.
