Pair of solid bronze stirrups from India, with hand-carved horse-head motifs on the arched top, dating to ca. 1850–1900 in excellent condition, each about 110 mm high by 110 mm wide by 30 mm deep with a total weight of 700 g; attributed Original and without a stand.

Old pair of stirrups, essential pieces of riding gear that serve as a footing for the rider's feet and help to mount the horse.
The specific design observed in the image, with hand-carved horse figures on the top of the arch, is characteristic of Indian craftsmanship, possibly from the Jodhpur region—made in solid bronze and dating to the late 19th to early 20th century.
Dimensions - 700 g..
They were designed for equestrian use; today they are mainly valued as collectible items and rustic home or garden decor.
