Netherlands, Schoonhoven - 1890-1910 - Made in .833 silver by silversmith Herbert Hooijkaas.

The mouthpiece is worked depicting everyday scenes, while the fabric appears to be black silk or satin, showing wear consistent with use and the passage of time.
