Works from the Panza Collection at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum NY
Published on the occasion of the great autumn exhibition at Villa Panza in Varese - produced by the FAI Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano, in collaboration with the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum of New York - this monograph offers the opportunity to explore Dan Flavin's trajectory through about twenty installations from the Panza Collection, partly donated in 1992 to the New York museum, a large installation from 1987 dedicated to Donald Judd, and twelve works exhibited permanently in Varese, which came to the FAI together with the villa itself in 1996. The volume is the Catalogue of the Varese exhibition (Villa Panza, 30 September–12 December 2004).
The volume is presented in excellent condition. Cover without defects. Perfectly sturdy softcover. Clean inner pages with no creases or stains. Copy like new for a collector.
