A collaboration between Cantillon and le Domaine Stéphane Tissot. A blend of marc de Trousseau and Poulsard, macerated 3 months in amphore with 2-years old Lambic.

Bottle date = 12/01/2026.

Bottle has been kept in wine cellar under ideal circumstances.

Will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and shipped with T&T code.
