Description from the seller
PERU. Lima. 1 Sol. 1934
- Value: 1 Sol.
- Year: 1934.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: FIRME Y FELIZ POR LA UNION. Reverse: REPUBLICA PERUANA · UN SOL · 1934.
- Grading: AU58 (NGC).
Silver 1 Sol coin with the seated Liberty allegory on the obverse, depicted with a spear and shield, in a classical style with a balanced composition, with good handling of the drapery folds and correct definition of the symbolic elements. The reverse shows the national coat of arms of Peru within a decorative wreath, with the quarters clearly identifiable and the legends legible. An almost uncirculated specimen, with firm relief and very light wear concentrated on the highest points, preserving appreciable original luster in the fields and a uniform gray patina that enhances the whole and adds visual appeal.
Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to leave absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside EU that has special tax agreement (example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs legal procedure and it is completely out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.
