Description from the seller
This is an interesting vintage photograph of medium size, 18x24 cm, of the well-known American actor Anthony Quinn, portrayed during the filming of the movie "Barabbas" by Richard Fleischer, and here we see the director explaining a scene to Anthony Quinn, who plays Barabbas. Tazio Secchiaroli was among the great Italian photographers of the "Dolce Vita", the most well-known and famous of the paparazzi, famous especially for shots of actors and actresses off the set, and also the photos taken during the filming of various movies. Born in 1925, he personally witnessed the crazy nights of the Dolce Vita, with photographs that have gone down in history. This is a genuine vintage photograph, properly stamped by Tazio Secchiaroli himself with his old back stamp, where we also find the stamp of the Roma Press Photo agency, namely the agency of Secchiaroli himself, founded in 1951 with his fellow colleagues Sergio Spinelli and Velio Cioni. Good overall condition.
