Obverse: crowned Generality coat of arms with the year on both sides.
Reverse: standing Dutch maiden with spear and liberty cap.

Quarter guilder minted at Dordrecht in 1759. This specimen is equipped with a cable edge, characteristic of pieces produced with extra care from this period. The execution distinctly differs from the regular circulating coins with a smooth edge and was presumably intended for representative purposes.

A very sharp specimen with a beautifully turquoise patina, which gives the piece a particularly attractive and authentic appearance. Strong detailing and a carefully preserved coin with excellent presentation.

Voorzijde: gekroond generaliteitswapen met jaartal aan weerszijden.
Keerzijde: staande Nederlandse maagd met speer en vrijheidshoed.

Kwart gulden geslagen te Dordrecht in 1759. Dit exemplaar is voorzien van een kabelrand, kenmerkend voor met extra zorg vervaardigde stukken uit deze periode. De uitvoering onderscheidt zich duidelijk van de reguliere circulatiemunten met gladde rand en was vermoedelijk bedoeld voor representatieve doeleinden.

Een zeer scherp exemplaar met mooi turquoise uitgeslagen patina, wat het stuk een bijzonder aantrekkelijke en authentieke uitstraling geeft. Sterke detaillering en een zorgvuldig bewaard gebleven munt met uitstekende presentatie.
