Copper engraving from 1649 by J. Blaeu of Tiel in the Netherlands, an uncoloured map measuring 42 × 52.5 cm (paper 55 × 65 cm) with Latin text on the reverse, part of Blaeu’s city plates.
Description from the seller
In excellent condition. Wide margins. Center fold as issued, with a small 0.4 cm split starting at the bottom. Fresh paper with a few spots in the margins, only barely noticeable spots in the image. A slight discoloration at the edges of the paper. Verso with Latin text. Sharp print.

engraving 42x52.5 cm on a sheet of 55x65 cm.
Carefully packaged and insured shipped in a cardboard tube.
