Plate - Porcelain

A large and fine Chinese export porcelain plate, measuring 30.7 cm in diameter and weighing 870 g, sparsely decorated in polychrome enamels to depict a small scene of a squirrel and grapes at the center, owner's monogram at the top in gold.

Condition: Repaired rim damage and resulting hairlines, no other significant damages or repairs. We have removed most of the overpainting to give a more true impression of the condition. Minor wear commensurate with age and use.
