Prestigious and exclusive antique/la vintage double bedspread, characterized by a large central panel in high-quality Jacquard fabric depicting a refined gallant/pastoral scene in French style (inspired by the works of Boucher). The scene is framed by a rich border featuring acanthus leaf motifs.
The fabric is of very fine craftsmanship, highly detailed in the faces and in the color shading. The colors are still vivid and show no significant fading from sunlight; the fabric is intact and free of tears.
The tapestry is finely sewn onto a gold/ochre quilted backing, ready to be used as luxury décor or to be repurposed as a decorative wall panel.

Prestigioso ed esclusivo copriletto matrimoniale d'epoca, caratterizzato da un grande pannello centrale in tessuto Jacquard di alta qualità che raffigura una raffinata scena galante/pastorale in stile francese (ispirata alle opere di Boucher). La scena è incorniciata da una ricca bordura a motivi di foglie d'acanto.
Il tessuto è di pregevole fattura, molto dettagliato nei volti e nelle sfumature cromatiche. I colori sono ancora vividi e non presentano scolorimenti significativi da luce solare; il tessuto è integro e privo di strappi.
