Beautiful authentic Pembroke table from the late 18th century, made in solid mahogany. This type of table became popular in the Georgian period and is known for its elegant form, practical drop-leaves, and refined finish.
The table features:
Two drop-leaves (folding leaves).
A central drawer with an original wooden knob.
Turned legs in late-Georgian style.
Warm, deep mahogany color with a beautiful patina.
The construction, wood type and stylistic features indicate a dating around 1780–1810. A wonderful example of craftsmanship from this period.
Condition:
Good used condition. Normal signs of age and use appropriate for a piece over 200 years old. The table is sturdy and stable. Leaves and drawer function well.

Private collection, Netherlands.
