A ceramic Modernist vase from the Studio-Line series.
It was produced by the renowned German manufacturer Rosenthal.
Designer: Johan van Loon (Dutch ceramicist and textile artist)
Year of creation: circa 1985.
Distinctive features: The vase is distinguished by an organic, slightly asymmetrical shape with a relief, undulating surface inspired by Zen garden compositions.
The surface is coated with a shaded patina in tones of brown, purple and blue. The design alludes to the Hebrew letter Aleph, symbolizing infinity.
