These ruby crystals are complete, "terminated" in the sense that the tip is unbroken. Some have both tips unbroken, and are therefore said to be "double terminated".
These ruby (corundum) crystals come from Mauritania, (Tiris Zemmour region) about 100 km northeast of the town of Zouerate.
All photos are taken in natural daylight. For some of them I placed the rubies on a light source, the flashlight on my mobile phone, or a lamp.
I photographed these gems as honestly and precisely as possible using daylight. Please note that differences in screen settings and ambient lighting can lead to variations in color, saturation, and tone as perceived.
The rubies you will receive are of course the ones shown in the photos.
