Side table - Oak - Modernist Art Deco

A wooden Dutch Art Deco pedestal table from the 1920s to 1940s, with a modernist geometric design.
reminiscnent of L.O.V. Oosterbeek designs with the positioning of the legs.
The four vertical supports are not placed as simple square legs, but are arranged in a rotational rhythm, each leg turned at a 90 degree angle to the next. This gives the table a subtly dynamic, architectural quality, with the structure seeming to shift as one walks around it.

The table is in a very light oak (weighs less than 1 kg. It works beautifully as a side table or accent piece.
The top has a very slight bend seen from some angles. The table is carefully cleaned, refinished and ready to use.
