Plateelbakkerij Zenith Gouda - Serving plate (13) - Earthenware

13-piece serving set from Plateelbakkerij Zenith. The set consists of a large serving bowl with handles and twelve accompanying small hors d'oeuvre bowls. The decoration is executed in a lively mix of matte blue, orange, and yellow, typical of Gouda pottery from the first half of the 20th century. The abstract pattern shows strong influences of Art Nouveau, specifically the 'Rhythme' decoration.
