Description from the seller

Art Deco-style table, characterized by a striking presence and high-quality workmanship in precious burl wood, with rich, deep veining that creates a natural decorative effect of great impact.

The rectangular top, with gently rounded corners, features a refined panel composition with decorative inlays that enhance its geometry. The mirror-polished finish highlights the burl wood, giving depth and brightness to the surface.

The structure is distinctive and solid:

* double pedestal on cylindrical columns, imposing and perfectly proportioned
* shaped circular bases, ensuring stability
* clean, elegant lines typical of 1930s design

Piece crafted with high-level cabinetmaking, evident in the selection and pairing of burls, in the precision of the inlays and in the quality of the polishing, performed with traditional multi-pass processes. The construction shows meticulous attention to detail and structural solidity, typical of artisanal production.

The table fits into the context of Art Deco (1920s–1940s), a style that blends elegance, geometry, and precious materials.

Typical features:

* use of fine burl wood
* monumental geometric volumes
* design intended for representational spaces

The piece is in generally good condition, with:

* slight signs of wear and small marks consistent with the piece’s age
* original patina attesting to authenticity and history
* solid structure, without structural defects

Specifications
* Material: wood with burl veneer
* Finish: glossy
* Era: circa 1930s / 1940s
* Style: Art Deco
* Construction: solid and stable

A piece of great elegance and presence, perfect for refined environments or for those seeking an authentic piece with lived-in charm.
