Pierre D'Avesn - Dish (2) - Glass

Exceptional pair of large Art Deco glass plates by the renowned French glassmaker Pierre d’Avesn, former collaborator of René Lalique and one of the important names in 20th-century decorative glass.
One plate appears in a vibrant yellow glass, the other in a striking emerald green. One example is signed, while the second features a pierced center, likely originally intended as a suspended lighting or decorative architectural element, giving it a rare sculptural character.
Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition with only light and natural traces of time. A highly decorative and collectible duo showcasing the elegance and bold design of French Art Deco glass.
