Le Comte de Vaublanc - Lettre signée - 1815

Very beautiful autograph letter signed by Vincent-Marie Viénot de Vaublanc (1756–1845), French politician, Minister of the Interior during the Restoration, known for his royalist positions and his role in the administrative reorganization of post-revolutionary France.

Good condition, rebound after having been torn.
