Description from the seller

Beautiful 18th-century daubière in red-tinned copper; the welds, so-called "forge-welded", attest to its age.
The handles are solid steel, each held by two red-copper rivets.
The lid is simply magnificent and has a thickness of 4.5 centimeters.
Internal length is 37 centimeters, internal width 20 centimeters, internal height 15 centimeters.
Stamp BK on the lid as well as on the vessel, initials often attributed to the owner's name in the great bourgeois kitchens of the era.
Dating from about 250 years ago, it is a very fine piece dating from around the time of the French Revolution.
Shipping only within Europe.
Shipping to Madeira Island: 50 euros.
No shipping to the International World.
