The Technics SL-1200 M7L turntable is a manual direct-drive model designed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the mythical Technics SL-1200 turntable. The Technics SL-1200 M7L rebuilds the design of the SL-1200MK7 and is distinguished by finishes strictly limited to models manufactured for this occasion. The SL-1200M7L is available in seven colors to reflect the hip-hop movement to which the turntable is inherently linked; this one is red. The tonearm is anodized in a gold tone and the top face of the chassis is adorned with a badge bearing a serial number representative of the limited-edition model. Launched in 1972 by Technics, the Technics SL-1200 turntable is an iconic model whose reputation speaks for itself.
