It is a clockwork-driven device with a black hammer‑finished metal housing, two pointers and paper strips (roll), manometer, connections, complete with arm cuffs, bellows, spare pointers in a wooden case, Prof. Gesenius & Keller, D.B. Patent No. 2530, stored in a brown faux-leather case.
