Description from the seller
This device is a vintage Tasco model 76T (32x80) monocular observation telescope (spectiv) made in Japan.
It is a powerful optical instrument with a high magnification rate, often designed for the start of nature watching, birdwatching, polygon shooting, or astronomy.
Technical features and meanings
32X80: Indicates that the device has a constant zoom ratio of 32x and an objective diameter of 80 mm at the front. The 80‑mm objective gathers a lot of light inside and also provides a bright image even in low light.
76T: It is the model number designated by the Tasco brand for this special series and body design.
32M / 1000M: When you view an object 1000 meters away, this means your field of view (frame width) is 32 meters.
Japan: It confirms that the period of the device, known for its optical quality, was made with high-quality Japanese lenses and craftsmanship.
Since it will be difficult to find devices with this kind of high magnification by holding them fixed in the hand, it is recommended to use it with the underside mount attached to a tripod.
