Art Deco faience centerpiece by Primavera of Longwy, France, with a glazed craquelé blue abstract motif, diameter 29 cm, height 13 cm, signed on the back as Atelier Primavera, Longwy.
Description from the seller
Large pedestal compote in glazed and crazed earthenware with dark blue abstract motifs on a turquoise blue background from PRIMAVERA – LONGWY, Art Deco period.
Signed on the back in ink: Atelier Primavera, Longwy.
Overall good condition: no restoration, glazes very vibrant.
One small firing flaw about 15 millimeters on the upper rim (see the last two photos).
