Table lamp - Plastic, Metal - Chrome & Plexi Table Lamp

A modern desk or table lamp designed in the manner of Gino Sarfatti, dating to circa 1980. The item is constructed from a thick, single piece of transparent U-shaped bent plexiglass that serves as the self-supporting outer frame and base. Suspended horizontally between the circular cutouts of the plexiglass frame is an adjustable, spherical chrome-plated steel lamp head. The directional sphere houses one E27 screw bulb socket and features ventilation holes grouped circularly around the rear cable entry point.

Condition note: The object is exceptionally well-maintained. The transparent plexiglass chassis shows superficial wiping wear. The chrome finish on the pivoting sphere remains bright with signs of handling. Technical components function as intended.
