Part of 'Black Memorabilia': This type of figurines falls under the historical category of Black Americana or Black Memorabilia. They often depicted variety or show performers of the time.
Clothing and details: The boy wears a dashing white suit (jacquet or morning coat), a red waistcoat and bow tie, a pink flower on the lapel, and a top hat with red-and-white stripes and a yellow flower. In his hand he holds a thin cane.
Mobility: The arms are connected to the inside with elastic and can be moved independently of the body.
Elastic is somewhat loose.
Origin: Japan
