Antique Art Nouveau glass bowl - Muller Freres Lunville - France circa 1910/20 - marbled glass - signed.
The bowl captivates with its organic, elegant, wavy form and the characteristic, color-rich marbling. The vibrant yellow-orange flows into warm brown-violet glass infusions in the upper area, creating a fascinating, fiery effect when viewed against the light. The bowl is in an honest, age-appropriate original condition with beautiful patina. There are no chips, cracks or flakes on the delicate wavy rim. On the surface there are fine, age-related scratches and a slight, matte haze to the glass visible (see the attached photos, which are part of the auction) which emphasize the antique character and the authenticity of this over-100-year-old collectible.
