Description from the seller
GENERAL
The 1990 Nissan 300ZX belongs to the legendary Z32 generation, the model that consolidated the Z saga's transition toward grand touring with high performance and advanced technology. This unit is particularly desirable for mounting the NA V6 engine, with 230 Hp, making it a solid investment within the market of Japanese classics or “JDM" cars. The vehicle shows only 60,000 miles (96,000 kilometers) on its odometer; a figure which has a high probability of being real given that it haa a exellent condition, had one owner in the USA, who have kept the car for the last 30 years, have hardly used it, keeping it as a static collection piece most of the time. The car was imported from the USA Florida in 2020 to Poland with the millage of 58.500 on it and since then I'm the only owner. The car has no modifications at all and is in its original character as taken from the dealer in 1990 including even a spare wheel and its pressure tube.
BODYWORK AND PAINT
Externally, the car presents a magnificent condition with a paint that retains a bright and deep shine. A feature of great value in this model is its Targa roof, which can be removed and mounted with total ease and is in excellent condition, allowing open-air driving enjoyment. It should be noted, that whole body is in its orginal paint, nothing was repainted showing the vehicle’s overall exellent visual appeal. The car is totally accident free.
MECHANICS
The engine and transmission assembly is in superb condition, operating with the smoothness and push characteristic of Nissan engines. Recently, comprehensive maintenance has been carried out, including timming set, oil change, filters, and spark plugs, ensuring the car has no pending issues to resolve. It is important to point out that the undercarriage is in very good condition. A very positive point of the car originality is that even the climate AC system has not been converted to use R134 gas and is still R12 originally designed to preserve the car original design..
INTERIOR
The cabin remains in outstanding original condition that can be observed precisely in the photographic report. Even the original BOSE radio system is in working conditions.
DOCUMENTATION
The vehicle has all the necessary documentation for its transfer. Also attached is the invoice for the whole mechanical work done as well as records of the complete maintenance recently performed. The ownership history of the last 36 years supports the low usage of the vehicle, adding an extra layer of confidence about the mechanical condition and the indicated mileage.
PICK-UP
This unit is physically located in Warsaw, Poland. Once the vehicle is adjudicated on the platform, the buyer will have a 20-day free storage period in my facility, facilitating the organization of transport or the logistics needed for its removal.
OTHER INFORMATION
This Nissan 300ZX represents an exceptional opportunity for collectors of 90s sports cars. Its Targa configuration, combined with the NA engine’s power and its low mileage, place it as one of the most interesting examples on the market. It is a car that blends Japanese reliability with a design that continues turning heads, ready to enter any level collection or to be enjoyed on the road.

Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
