Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the old Este domains. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena due to geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
These 6 bottles of 250 ml of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged 3 years are the fruit of the expertise and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious interweaving of delicate flavors, the typical aromas and fragrances offer themselves to the palate, revealing the refinement of slow maturation in barrels of precious wood.
