Set of 12 flute glasses, made in Italy. Thick, colorless lead crystal glass, mouth-blown, faceted, cut. This piece rests on an octagonal base: instead of a standard round base, it's thick, heavy, and faceted geometrically. Stem (baluster style) with a stepped structural ring (or knop), which gives the glass a good grip, with a truncated-conical dome featuring a vertical octagonal flat cut and a cross-diamond lower section that creates a prism effect, catching light with broad movements. Unknown producer. Condition: Discontinued. Circa: 1960. Probably produced by the historic crystalware MARIOCIONI.
