Authentic lithographed tin first aid box from the famous Belgian brand "Pansement Stella". This vintage model from the 1950s to 1970s is sold in its original condition with its original content very well preserved. The compartmentalized interior still contains its period items: one pack of Stella Liège compressed hydrophilic cotton wool (50g); original gauze bandage rolls; a case with vintage glass medical ampoules; a box of foaming soap sheets from the brand "Tesall". The item is in nice vintage cosmetic condition. The exterior metal shows a lovely authentic patina with a few light scratches and signs of age that add to its charm.
