This Luigi XV bedside table, dating from the late 19th century to the early 20th century, stands out for its elegant serpentine cabriole legs and refined geometric inlay marquetry. The top surface features a leather insert with impressed gilded friezes, while the lower fascia accommodates a drawer decorated with handles and a bronze-gilt, worked mouthpiece. The structure is enriched by bronze appliques applied to the profiles of the legs and is completed lower down with a practical shaped connecting shelf, also finely inlaid.
Dimensions: 67x61x42 cm
General good conservation condition, with light signs and material defects due to the normal passage of time. Minor losses and scratches on the structure as shown in the photographs, to be carefully examined as they are an integral part of the description.
