Vintage solid-state integrated amplifier Luxman 707 II (also known in some variants as SQ-707 II), produced in Japan around the late '60s and early '70s by Lux Corporation.
It is a classic piece from the golden age of Japanese hi-fi, characterized by a sound that is typically warm, soft, and very musical, similar to valve (tube) systems.
