Important vase in bronze and marble, 19th century, Napoleon III style – Decoration with blackberries and rodents
Magnificent lid knop depicting a finely carved rodent busily gnawing.
Bowl decorated with a continuous motif of blackberry branches, leaves, and clusters of blackberries in relief.
Fluted white marble column set into bronze rings decorated with pearls. Octagonal marble base.
Excellent condition. Original patina, not cleaned. The marble is in good condition.
