It shows some signs of wear on the brass and a rubber mounting at the lower base is missing, which does not hinder the cart’s operation. Not a new cart, but a nice companion for the home. The pictures are part of the description and show the original condition of the piece. For safety reasons it will be shipped disassembled, but it is easy to reassemble.
