Description from the seller
Beautiful antique navigation lamp, also known as a ship's lamp, made of copper and brass. This authentic piece dates from approximately 1910-1930 and has a lovely patina that reflects its age and history. The lamp has been converted for electric use and is in good condition with, naturally, signs of aging and wear corresponding to its age.
N.B.:
- The specified dimensions are excluding the handle.
- The lamp is supplied with a light source, however the seller cannot guarantee that it will remain intact during shipping.
The signs of use and wear, such as the Fresnel lens, have been intentionally kept visible because they enhance the character of the lamp and make it more attractive. See photos; these are part of the description.
The distinctive look makes the lamp a real eye-catcher for lovers of maritime objects or as a decorative element in an interior.
