Theme collection – Set of 32 insects and arachnids from around the world in transparent resin blocks
A beautiful educational and decorative set consisting of 32 inclusions of authentic insects, arachnids, and arthropods from around the world, carefully preserved in clear, transparent resin blocks.
This particularly comprehensive collection offers a stunning variety of shapes and species, ideal for entomology enthusiasts, collectors, or as a cabinet of curiosities.
The lot includes a wide diversity of specimens, including:
Varied beetles: scarabs (including a magnificent metallic green specimen and a horned longhorn beetle), flower chafers (Cetoniinae), longhorn beetles, and weevils.
Arachnids & arthropods: An impressive black scorpion and a beautiful tarantula/aracnhid in brown-orange tones.
Other notable specimens: a large cicada with wings spread, a praying mantis, as well as colorful bugs, crickets and orthopterans.
Details and Condition:
Quantity: 32 resin blocks.
Dimensions: Mainly standard blocks about 7.5 × 4 × 2 cm, accompanied by several larger blocks (for the scorpion, tarantula, and large beetles) of approximately 11 × 3.5 × 2 cm.
Overall condition: Very good overall preservation. The specimens are perfectly intact inside. Note a slight yellowing, quite natural and classic for resin over time on some blocks, which does not affect visibility or observation of anatomical details (see the numerous photos to appreciate the actual quality).
The set will be packaged with the utmost care, in ultra-secure packaging, to guarantee shipment with no risk of breakage.
