An authentic Neolithic flint tool from Lutzhöft, Germany, measuring 20 cm in length with a slender, pointed form that may have served as a large knife, dagger or spearhead, in excellent original condition with minimal signs of wear and a documented history including inked collector/museum code "Fl. Unique Neolithic Flint Adze / Spear Point (20 cm) – Lutzhöft (Germany)
A beautiful and authentic prehistoric artifact from the Neolithic (the New Stone Age, circa 3500 BCE), originating from the Schleswig-Holstein region, northern Germany.
This impressive tool testifies to exceptional craftsmanship and is presumably attributable to the prehistoric Funnelbeaker Culture. Given its slender, tapered shape, the object may have served as a large adze, dagger, or spear point.

Period: Neolithic (New Stone Age, circa 5500 years old)
Material: High-quality North European flint (silex)
Length: 20 cm (very substantial size)
Provenance: Lutzhöft (near Flensburg), Germany
The object is from a private collection and obtained from an estate.
