- Attributed to Franco Albini / Bonacina -
61 cm -
1960s Description: Splendid vintage circular wall mirror, an icon of Italian Mid-Century design from the 1960s. This model, characterized by the standard catalog diameter of 61 cm, is historically attributed to the famous organic creations of Franco Albini for the renowned manufacturer Vittorio Bonacina. The piece stands out for its refined artisanal decorative surround, made entirely by hand through the skillful curvature of rattan canes and bamboo details. The weaving work creates a magnificent and elegant radiating starburst with a strong visual impact, becoming a true cult for lovers of Italian modernism and Riviera style. The back of the mirror preserves its original era finish (and the velvet upholstery is present).
Technical specifications:
Total diameter (including frame): 61 cm
Frame depth: about 5 cm
Internal diameter (mirror glass): about 37 cm
Production period: About 1960/1970

Conditions: The item presents in excellent vintage overall condition. The rattan and bamboo structure is solid, stable and free of breaks, with a splendid natural honey patina acquired over time. The mirror glass is original to the period and retains good luster, with very slight signs of aging that attest to its authenticity. We guarantee professional and tailored protective packaging to preserve the integrity of the rattan and glass during transport, with tracked and insured shipping.
