Minton - Table service (36) - Japan Scroll - Ceramic - Minton dinnerware set

Rare 36-piece Minton "Japan Scroll" service from 1884, Victorian Jasperware. The set consists of 18 flat plates and 18 soup plates. It features a refined decoration with a majestic oriental central vase with flowering branches of peonies, framed by a splendid geometric and vegetal asymmetric border. It bears on the back the marks and identifying symbols of the English manufacturer Minton. The service is in good condition with normal signs of wear, stains more evident on some plates and small losses on some plates, very slight craquelure consistent with the period. The lot will be carefully packed and shipped professionally, and due to the number of pieces it will require multiple shipments, which will cost more.
