1 Dollar silver coin with a laureate and crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II looking to the right, in a classic British style, with fine modeling of the hair and crown, showing excellent sharpness of details. The reverse features the characteristic crowned lion holding a pearl, a traditional symbol of Hong Kong, rendered with pronounced relief and excellent definition in the mane and limbs. The fields are clean and with original satin-bright luster, accompanied by a light, uniform patina appropriate to its preservation. An outstanding specimen for its freshness and visual quality, representative of British colonial issues in Asia during the economic consolidation period of Hong Kong in the 1960s.
