Very beautiful -Antique Dutch Embossed Brass Fireside Tavern Coal Bin Fire Box
Antique Dutch fireside coal / tinder box / bin / scuttle, made of hardwood and clad in brass, embossed with a textured checkered motif on the sides and manor scene on the front and a tavern scene on the lid, framed in a border of tulips. Includes removable metal liner.
Embossed Arts and Crafts brass log or coal box with dutch scenes This is a lovely chest is made in Brass with a wooden lining, the beaten brass is embossed with country scenes showing windmills and characters in Dutch costume This is an old piece it has an unusual bow fronted shape, it has a good color, it is in good condition for its years and it is clean inside.
